Ingredients

 Make the chocolate tart shell

Melt plain  gelatin

Mix cream into cocoa powder

Whip in melted gelatin 

Spread the  mousse into  the tart shell

Make peppermint whipped cream

Spread with the cream

Decorate the top of the tart
