Bailey's Irish Cream Truffles

Everyone loves sprinkles

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day Bailey's Irish Cream Chocolate Truffles with festive sprinkles. I am pretty sure Leprechaun love sprinkles!!

Let's Start with the 5 Ingredients Dark Chocolate Heavy Cream Butter Bailey Irish Cream Green,White and Gold Sprinkles

To make truffles you will be making a chocolate ganache Use quality baking chocolate that melts well Make sure the chocolate is chopped into small pieces or use small chips Let's Make Truffles

Place chocolate and butter in a bowl

Pour hot cream over the chocolate

Whisk the chocolate until smooth and melted

Pour Irish Cream over melted chocolate

The ganache is now getting thick

Pour the ganache in a pan and chill until firm

Scoop the chilled ganache & roll in sprinkles
