Start this recipe  with a flaky shortbread pastry shell

Ganache  Ingredients

Heavy Cream Butter Dark Chocolate Vanilla

Pour hot cream over chocolate and let sit for 30 seconds

Add butter to the chocolate and stir until melted

Pour the ganache into the tart shell

Just pop this in the fridge for an hour

Smooth & silky ganache

Simple and Elegant

Add pretty  whipped cream rosettes on top!

Try adding other sprinkles for different occasions
