BBQ Chicken Flatbread

  • Preheat oven to 375℉.
  • Lay out your flatbread on a baking sheet and pour the barbecue sauce all over the bread. Spread evenly with a spoon or rubber spatula to the edge of the flatbread.
  • Then evenly spread the chopped chicken on top of the cheese. Lastly, place red onion slices throughout the pizza.
  • Place the baking pan in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and edges of the flatbread are crispy.
  • Remove from the oven, cut and enjoy immediately.  
  • Store any leftover slices of the flatbread in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

Notes

The best way to reheat the leftover flatbread is in the oven on a baking sheet, in the toaster oven, or in the air-fryer until warmed through at 300°F.
