Make this BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza with just five simple ingredients! Loaded with delicious flavor, this flatbread is a great way to use up leftover chicken.
Lay out your flatbread on a baking sheet and pour the barbecue sauce all over the bread. Spread evenly with a spoon or rubber spatula to the edge of the flatbread.
Then evenly spread the chopped chicken on top of the cheese. Lastly, place red onion slices throughout the pizza.
Place the baking pan in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and edges of the flatbread are crispy.
Remove from the oven, cut and enjoy immediately.
Store any leftover slices of the flatbread in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
Notes
The best way to reheat the leftover flatbread is in the oven on a baking sheet, in the toaster oven, or in the air-fryer until warmed through at 300°F.
