Ingredients

Instructions

  • This candy bark will need at least an hour of chill time before it is ready to eat.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Twist the Oreo cookies apart into two halves and scrape the cream filling off. Arrange the cookies on the parchment-lined baking sheet. I arrange mine 6 cookies down by 4 cookies across.
  • Add the white chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each heating session, until fully melted. Immediately pour the melted chocolate over cookies, slowly, starting in the middle, and moving to the sides. Use the spoon to help spread it across all of the cookies.
  • Immediately top with M&Ms.
  • Transfer the entire pan to the refrigerator, and chill for one hour. Or, you can leave the Oreo bark on the count for at least two hours to firm up.
  • When the white chocolate is firm, cut the bark into small pieces.

Notes

I find the Ghirardelli or Guittard white chocolate chips are the best tasting and they melt easily.
You can change the color of the M&Ms to whatever you like to make for other holidays or events.
Another fun touch is to add sprinkles on top.
